ROY G BIV presents a collaborative exhibition by artists Liz Roberts and Elena Harvey Collins. Their videos consider the way the sprawling landscape of the Midwest is experienced while driving.
Roberts is a filmmaker and visual artist based in Ohio. She holds an MFA from Columbus College of Art & Design and a BA in film production from the University of Iowa. Her work has been exhibited at Ann Arbor Film Festival, Chicago International Film Festival, New York Expo of Short Film and Video, Wexner Center for the Arts and Grand Rapids Art Museum.
Elena Harvey Collins
Collins is a Cleveland-based artist from London, England. She completed her MFA in 2012 at Columbus College of Art & Design. She has exhibited at Spaces Gallery, Survival Kit and Videoholica in Varna, Bulgaria. She is Curatorial Assistant at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Cleveland, and her writing has been published in Temporary Art Review, Arthopper, and Urban Infill.
